Do you control your body or does your body control you?

The human body is like a machine, designed to have all parts working together so it can perform proper movements and maintain good health. However, problems occur when one part breaks down and the other parts have to compensate. Over time, this creates excessive wear and tear on the body. Is this the natural aging process? Or is it a "mechanical" problem" that can be fixed by strengthening the weak parts?

A healthy body begins with understanding its simple mechanics, recognizing the weak points and then doing something about it! The RumbleFit Program is designed to build a strong foundation with movement and exercise that will help eliminate physical stress, pain and injuries.

Workplace Fitness and Health Dictionary

At his presentation at Edwards Brothers and in these videos, Kirk frequently refers to the following terms:

Posture
Good posture eliminates lower back pain, knee pain and shoulder problems because energy and load is distributed more evenly throughout the body.

Balance
There are three balance points in the body: 1. Feet 2. Hip/Pelvis Region 3. Sternum/Shoulder blade All these three areas should be "stacked" properly. Keeping them as a vertical column will help keep a good center of gravity and balance out the spine.
